How We Get Paid
Depending upon the nature of the property purchased, there may well be no fee payable for the use of our services.

When clients purchase property through us, we make our income in one of two ways:

No fee paid by the purchaser
We are presented with thousands of properties annually. In selecting property for our clients to purchase, we invariably negotiate favourable terms and conditions. We also negotiate payment of our fees as part of the price of the property. There is, therefore, no commitment to any payment of fees on the part of clients.

Payment of a "Property Search" fee
Where clients engage us to search the market to locate and purchase individual properties with specific attributes - including cottages and houses, townhouses and apartments, as well as commercial and special-use property.

Once again, we negotiate special terms and conditions for our clients. A set fee is paid by our clients for this specialised service.
