The Property Selection Process
Since 1980 John Hopkins has rejected most of the property presented to him for his clients to purchase - and there are sound reasons for this!

In line with our policy of ensuring the purchase of exceptional property by our clients, it is a given that any property selected by us will have been subjected to series of stringent property selection criteria. These rigorous, tried-and-tested criteria enable us to identify prime property suitable for acquisition.

There are two categories of John Hopkins Selected Property:

John Hopkins' "Recommended" Investment Property
This is premium investment property, carefully chosen and then recommended to our clients for purchase as a long-term investment appropriate to their means.

We only recommend prime investment property property if it will provide our clients with appropriate returns,security and flexibility.

John Hopkins' "Endorsed" Investment Property
Our clients, for varying reasons, may at times wish to purchase property that does not fit into the John Hopkins stringent category of "Recommended" investment property.

We identify and endorse such property for purchase by our clients only after the application of our expertise, experience and due diligence has resulted in a positive assessment.
