We do not charge consultation fees for establishing your particular Financial Strategy with regard to your property investment portfolio. Depending on the nature of the property you purchase, there may be no fee payable for the use of our services.

No fee paid by the purchaser
When selecting properties for our clients, we will negotiate favourable terms and conditions (including an appropriate purchase price) which most likely, individuals would not be able to negotiate for themselves. The payment of our fees is included as part of the price of the property, therefore there is no payment of any fees by you to us.
Payment of a property search fee
We negotiate special terms and conditions for clients who engage us to search the market and purchase individual properties (whether houses, townhouses, apartments, and commercial or special-use properties), and do charge a fee for this specialised service.
