We note Stage 1 completion is expected to be Late September this year, Stage 2 Late 2010/early 2011, and Stage 3 now expected to be June 2011.
Precinct 7 Stage 1
- Majority of internal fit out including tiling, joinery and plastering complete
- Majority of external facades and finishes complete

- Structure complete
- Works on internal services have commenced
- Works on external finishes have commenced

- Earth works are underway and nearing completion
- Foundations are underway
