We are now pleased to advise that pre-settlement defect inspections are expected to take place at the end of July. We will be in touch with all John Hopkins Group Clients to schedule an inspection time, when dates have been finalized.

Hickory, the developer, has advised that defect inspections will be completed one floor at a time, starting from the lower levels.

Clients need to be prepared for the inspection to take place on short notice, with Hickory only requiring to provide one weeks' notice prior to the defect inspection. Hickory will hold the inspections strictly between 9:00am - 4:00pm - Monday to Friday.

Finally, we have sent all purchasers their blinds quote and recommend they respond promptly to the blinds quote to assist in having the blinds installed prior to settlement.
