• Roof to Units 5-6, 7-11 & 14-17
• Timber stud wall framing to Units 5-6, 7-11 & 14-17
• Windows to Units 5-6, 7-11 & 14-17
• Lighting to basement carpark

Generally, the following works are in progress:

• External brickwork walls to Units 5-6, 7-11 & 14-17
• External QT & foam cladding to Units 7-11 & 14-17
• Timber stud wall framing to Units 1-4
• Plasterboard lining and insulation to 5-6, 7-11 & 14-17
• Plumbing rough-in to Units 5-6, 7-11 & 14-17
• Electrical rough-in to Units 5-6, 7-11 & 14-17
• Mechanical services to Units 5-6, 7-11 & 14-17

The works are running on schedule and we anticipate completion around middle of August 2012.
