The Pace Development Group has provided us with a progress report on the Evo Apartments.
They advise the Construction Documentation has now been completed.
Following extensive negotiations with a shortlist of experienced residential builders, Pace has now reached a heads of agreement with Crema Constructions.
Crema Constructions are a well established and experienced Melbourne based builder who have completed many projects of similar size and scale as Evo. You may like to visit their website to view some of the developments.
Demolition is now scheduled to commence before month end and at this stage Pace anticipate completion of the project towards the end of 2013.

A note for Level 6 purchasers
We are pleased to advise that the Pace Development Group have made a final decision not to pursue the addition of the seventh floor on the Evo building.
As a result, all of the purchasers of apartments on the 6th Floor will retain the floor plan they purchased on the top level of the building.
