Settlement of the Linear apartments is due to take place in Late April/Early May. As soon as we are advised of the settlement date by the developer we will be in touch with clients again.
Nevertheless there are still a number of important action items that we can attend to with you prior to settlement:
- Introduce you to Lorena D'Amico our Senior Property Portfolio Manager, who will discuss the leasing and management of your property
- Describe the pre-settlement process i.e. inspection of the property and defect procedure.
We suggest you contact your adviser to start making arrangements to finance the purchase of your property.
