Construction of Fabrik apartments and townhouses is now well underway having commenced in January 2010. With the construction site roughly divided into two, building kicked off first with the basement car park for the apartment building. Townhouse construction is due to start in June with the entire development due for completion by March 2011.

All apartments have been sold and a final release of the five remaining townhouses took place in April.
