Construction of Fabrik is progressing well. The builders, Pellicano Construction, are confident of completing the apartments by the end of April and the town houses by the end of May 2011.

With settlements due to follow shortly thereafter, purchasers should expect that their solicitors will be advised of settlement procedures.

If you are arranging finance for your purchase, we suggest that contact be made with your financial institution, to advise them of the impending settlement.

After building works are completed, and you have received notification of settlement date, the opportunity for a pre-settlement inspection will be provided.
