We are extremely excited to announce that the construction of COCO apartments is coming along well ahead of schedule with our Builder on target to complete the building works as early as December 2010.
With the floor slab structures of the High Street building now complete, work has started this week on getting the Hornby Street structure off the ground.
Icon Construction have just this week completed the roof structure over the High Street Building, allowing for the internal fit-out of apartments to begin.
We are pleased to announce that the COCO apartments are now 100% sold! The market continues to strengthen with a number of projects selling out in record time in recent months. With the pricing of many of these new projects well in excess of those prices paid at COCO, this bodes well for strong valuation support.
Over the next three months:
- Concrete & steel structure will be 100% complete
- Feature metal panelling to facade will be installed
- Internal walls to apartments will get underway
- Kitchen & Bathrooms installations will begin
- Painting of the outside of the building will begin
