East Wing - Stage 1
- The East Wing (Stage 1 on the Plan of Subdivision) is nearing completion.
- There are currently 130 tradesmen on site.
- The electrical works are complete.
- The gas is on and the hot water with solar boost has been commissioned.
- Foxtel is on.
- Phone and data is on.
- The carpark line marking has been completed and most of the storage cages have been installed.
- The construction of the apartments has been completed and are in the process of being detailed.
- The Certificate of Occupancy should be issued in the next couple of days.
- External works are in the process of being completed.
- Landscaping and fencing has commenced in the courtyards to the Eastern elevation.
- We anticipate that you will get notification from your solicitors, at the beginning of February with practical completion of Stage 1 with settlements due to commence on Monday 13th February.
- Valuation inspections can be booked with Pina from Probuild on 03 9495 9700 now (East Wing - Stage 1 only).
- Purchaser inspections are commencing as of Thursday the 2nd of February 2012.
- It is intended to appoint Ace Body Corporate Management to be the manager of the Owners Corporation and the live-in Caretaker/Manager has also been appointed.
West Wing - Stage 2
The West Wing which includes the main foyer and the central landscaped courtyard should be finished and ready for settlement some time in March. An exact date will be provided later in February.
