We are pleased to provide with the latest development of the Divercity Waterloo apartments - 23 January 2012.
The roof structure on Stage 5 is now complete with Stage 2 roof currently underway.
Stage 2 Level 6 formwork has been stripped and the precast panels have been erected.
Window installation to Stage 1 is now complete with Stage 2 & 5 following very closely. Plasterboard works to Stage 1 is primarily complete with only a few corridors remaining. Stage 1 Level 6 apartments have commenced sheeting and will be completed within the coming week.
Tiling has continued to Level 4 and is progressing up Stage 1. Joinery works now up to Level 3. One side of the newly complete Sydney Gate Road has been opened and is currently in use.

Divercity - Stage 3 - 1st March 2012
- Basement/ground/level 1 concrete slabs have been poured.
- Pre cast panels to level 1 are being erected;
- The formwork to level 2 is in place of level 2 slab pour
- The South Park is nearing completion with trees being planted and grass laid.
- Sydneygate roadworks will be complete by mid March.
- Retail shops are taking form at ground level.
- Swimming pool slab has been poured
The Forecast settlement remains in the last quarter of 2012.
