Since we provided you with the report in April we have been advised by the Vendor of Cirque Apartments there has been a slight delay in commencing the project.

The delay was due to the re-location of the City Power Substation, the issue has now been resolved. It did however prevent the builder starting excavation of the site.

Although the commencement date has been postponed until July 2010 the project delivery time is still anticipated to be December 2011.

We will keep you informed as the building progresses.
