Commonwealth Bank Funding Binary

The Commonwealth Bank sought out Binary as they were targeting quality projects with developers with proven track records. As part of finalizing the funding a valuation was completed on the project which substantiates the selling prices and project costs.

Builder Appointed

Blackwatch Projects, one of Brisbane's most respected mid tier construction companies has been appointed builder for Binary Apartments. This appointment follows an exhaustive competetive tender between 5 builders and a period of design development with Blackwatch Projects and our consultant team. A gross build price contract has been entereed into and an early works program has begun to ready the site for an immediate construction start on receipt of building works approval from the Brisbane City Council, which is anticipated mid October.

The project is on line for delivery in the last quarter of 2012 but a firm date will be provided when construction commences.
