The large Townhouses on Noone Street to the Eastern side of Spicer will settle just before Christmas with the exception of the townhouse immediately adjacent to Spicer which will be the last, as the gantries have to be left until the interior walls of Spicer are in place. This final townhouse will complete in February / March as will the four Townhouses facing into Yarra Bend Park.

Stage 5 which consists of the Townhousees and one bedroom apartments along Alexandra Parade East commenced this week will complete approx April / May next year and will be built from Alexandra Parade East not through the development so there is no disturbance to residents. The remainder of the project on the Western side of Spicer will complete approximately 12 to 18 months from now and is all sold.

All of the roads within the development are almost complete.

We have been advised that the anticipated settlement of Spicer Apartments will be between September and November this year.
