The developer has advised us the basement has been completed and that the walls and floors of levels one and two are now in place. Both the wiring and plumbing on the first and second floors are currently being roughed in.

The top level is under construction and they hope to be at lock up prior to Christmas.

Completion is anticipatd to be the second quarter of 2011.
