The building of Tooronga continues to progress each month with the glazing of Gardiner tower recently commencing. As both the Gardiner and Heywood towers have reached their maximum heights, three cranes have been removed for the site leaving only one.
The internal fit-out of Gardiner apartments is well underway and already deisgn aspects are beginning to shine through the walls, kitchens and dividers starting to be positioned.
The completion of Tooronga Shopping Centre is nearing with Coles transforming into a premium retail space, fit-outs of all other retail tenancies are well underway.
Major infrastructure work around Tooronga is currently taking place, including works on Toorak and Tooronga Roads and the new Crescent Road.
At this stage the builders are on track and we anticipate that settlements will commence in December for Gardiner Apartments.
