Fabrik was a mid-sized residential apartment building comprised of 72 apartments over five levels plus twenty townhouses.

John Hopkins' clients purchased all the apartments and townhouses in the development from early 2008. Settlement occured in June 2011, and our clients were very happy with high standard of finish throughout the apartments as well as the capital growth achieved during the construction period.
