Designed by award winning architects RotheLowman, this contemporary development located at the end of High Street’s vibrant shopping precinct, comprised of two retail tenancies and 68 one and two bedroom apartments.
Designed as two distinct building forms, the project successfully engaged with its different street frontages and surrounding contexts. A zinc-clad folded plate feature created a signature façade, or canopy element, which responds to the streetscape, allowing views from the apartments.
Coco, located on High Street in Windsor, is in an area well serviced by public transport, road networks, and amenities, plus high fashion retail shopping, dining, cafés and nightlife.
The apartments had a very high standard of finishes including quality fittings such as Caesarstone benchtops, coloured glass splashbacks and stainless steel appliances.
Each apartment had TV video entry intercom with audio handsets, basement carpark and basement storage and the building achieved a 5 star energy rating.
