We do not charge consultation fees or establishment fees for advice on financing or establishing your loan. You will actually pay the same fees for your loan as you would when organising your loan directly with a bank.
The lender pays a fee to John Hopkins Mortgages & Finance for sourcing and establishing the loan, this does not cost the borrower any more than they would usually pay as these fees are packaged into the costs of the loan.
Depending on the loan, there may be a Loan Establishment Fee paid directly to the lender.
